Here is a damaged mullion in the upstaires bedroom of this grade II listed cottage

This mullion has a hair line crack and wont withstand the new windows that are being fitted, so its out with the old, in with the new

Here is the new locally sourced lump of millstone grit

This mullion is now taking shape with one side complete

Here i am punch facing the mullion to give it a more aged look. As you can see i am using traditional methods to do all this work

Here is the damaged mullion about to be removed

The old is out

The new is in and looks Superb

The new replacement mullion is in and looking good
